My interest in peptides started with curiosity. I wanted to understand how these small molecules work, why they were attracting so much attention, and what the research could actually tell us about recovery, longevity, and performance. The more I read, the more interested I became—not just in the possibilities, but in the questions that still needed answers.
I’ve spent extensive time reading and synthesizing published peptide and longevity studies, looking closely at their methods, findings, and limitations. For each topic, I compare proposed mechanisms with human evidence where it is available, while keeping animal and laboratory findings in their proper context. I also look for uncertainty and contradictions instead of smoothing them away. That process helps separate a promising idea from something we can confidently say we know.
I started VISURIAN to make that complicated information easier to understand. In each book, I take a focused peptide topic and work through it in language I’d want to read myself. I want you to feel welcome to ask questions, look at the evidence, and keep learning alongside me. My role is to explain published research—not to offer personal medical advice or present possibilities as promises.
